Today, as part of the “Earth Day” campaign, the Kyiv Zoo was visited by students of the capital’s school of I-III grades № 9. Swedish rowan trees were planted in the zoo together with our employees. Students enjoyed planting trees, participating in interesting plant care workshops, and observing the enrichment of the zoo’s birds and primates. Such events cultivate a love for nature, teach to respect every tree, every plant, contribute to the understanding that everything around us is living nature, and only our future destiny depends on us, the people.
